Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy
1. Exchanges
We allow exchanges in case the wrong product is received, or for reasons such as incorrect size or dissatisfaction with the model.
A. Defective Products: If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will pay for the return shipping costs and all expenses for shipping the correct product to the customer. In this case, please contact us explaining the issue and sending us detailed photos of the product, shipping labels, and product tags (the more details, the better) so we can analyze the situation.
B. Size Exchange or Change of Mind (Non-Defective): We also allow exchanges in other circumstances, such as for size issues or change of mind regarding the model.
Important Conditions for All Exchanges:

Do not remove the sneaker tag under any circumstances, as we will not process the exchange once the tag has been broken or removed. The tag is your guarantee.

Exchanges will only be permitted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product (in line with the European Union's Right of Withdrawal).

The item must be returned in its original, unused, and unworn condition, complete with all original tags and the undamaged original box.
2. Returns / Refunds (Right of Withdrawal)
If you have received the product and wish to return it:
You can return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, where all costs, including the shipping fee, are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to a fault on our part).
Refund Process: The refund will be issued via the payment platform or by bank transfer, as is most appropriate for each situation.
Return Conditions:

The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received (cardboard box and protective plastic) or in another packaging that DOES NOT DAMAGE OR DEFACE THE PRODUCT'S ORIGINAL BOX.

The product must be returned in its original, unused, and unworn condition.

Do not remove the product tag under any circumstances, as we will not issue a refund once the tag has been broken or removed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a factory defect or error on our part.

Please note that the fees paid for installment plans (if applicable via a third-party payment provider) may not be reimbursed by the payment provider.
Note: Returns and the right of withdrawal are permitted for any reason within the 14-day window, provided the product meets the conditions above.
